Hope's Landfall Book Cover by manwesulemo Hope's Landfall Book Cover by manwesulemo
This is a book cover I was commissioned to design by M. J. Murcott for his eBook Hope's Landfall. The image depicts the ship Ogygia and its daughter ship Calypso as it orbits the planet of Hope.

The book takes place in the distant future where the earth is dead and Mars is becoming exceedingly overcrowded, The only hope humanity has lies with one man 33 light years away on his permanent mission to the planet of Hope. The planet seems almost perfect, with vast oceans and an abundance of plant life, it looks as though it could be a new home for mankind. However not all is as it seems, and more than a few surprises lie for the one man crew.
